“Lovely simple accommodations. On site restaurant. Meeting space.”
“Not a good location for me as my husband was in Angers Hospital but a beautiful building.No one's fault but the floor I was on had to be evacuated because of the flooding. I had to pack all my stuff in order to move to a different floor, all in the dark as the electricity had been switched of. A member of staff kindly came to help me but, unfortunately, I had a fall, I do use a stick. I took some skin off my right knee & the knee is still inflamed & painful after a month. My new room was fine, though smaller with only 1 window not 2 as 1 had before...the room was smaller but spotlessly clean. All the staff were very supportive to me as my husband was in hospital having a brain tumour operated on. I left a letter for the Manager complimating all the staff & the wonderful building, but also asking for recompense for the move, falling in the dark & the smaller room. As yet, I have had no reply. That said, I would recommend this hotel. I would just appreciate acknowledgement & some result from my letter.”
